I did template manager where you can install the preset template as base of page. Then you can change it as you wish adding your information, images, colors and animation
The component OK Landing Pages released unfortunately was not successful, though you can do a nice landing page using it, but anyway it rather slow exactly in admin dashboard as i used default Joomla form fields to build it.
